Applications

Start with the task, not the robot.

Almost every robot project we deliver falls into one of four applications. Each page below gives real throughput figures, what the cell contains, what it costs to run and how long it takes to install.

Robot palletizing

A robot palletizing cell stacks cases, sacks, crates or trays onto pallets automatically. A cobot palletizer handles roughly 6–12 cycles per minute at up to 30 kg and needs no safety fence; a guarded industrial cell reaches 20+ cycles per minute at 150 kg or more. Typical installed cost is recovered in 12–24 months on a two-shift line.

Robotic machine tending

A machine tending robot loads raw parts into a CNC lathe, mill, press or moulding machine and unloads finished ones. With a drawer or pallet magazine holding two to eight hours of parts, the cell runs unattended through breaks and overnight — typically lifting spindle utilisation from 45–60 % to well above 85 %.

Pick and place robots

A pick and place robot moves products between a feed and a destination — belt to tray, tray to carton, bin to fixture. Delta robots reach 150–300 picks per minute on light products, SCARA arms 60–120, and collaborative arms 20–40 with the widest flexibility. Vision guidance removes the need for precise part fixturing.

Robot welding cells

A robot welding cell combines a welding robot, power source, torch cleaning and a fixture or positioner to weld parts automatically. Cobot welding cells suit batches from 5 pieces and can be moved between benches; two-station industrial cells with a turntable let an operator load while the robot welds, roughly doubling arc-on time.
