Environmental Policy

Automation should make industry both more productive and more resource efficient. We integrate environmental thinking into every project — from concept and design through installation and end-of-life.

Our commitments

  • Comply with applicable environmental legislation as a minimum standard.
  • Continuously reduce energy and material consumption in our operations.
  • Prioritise suppliers and components with documented environmental performance.
  • Design installations for long lifespan, reuse and recyclability.
  • Train every employee in our environmental responsibilities.

In the workshop

Our facility in Stockholm runs on 100% renewable electricity. We sort waste at source — metal, electronics, plastics, cardboard and hazardous waste — and report quantities annually. Test rigs are powered down outside production hours.

In project delivery

We use digital twin simulation to validate cycle time, energy use and footprint before any physical build. This reduces material waste and on-site rework. Cabinets and fixtures are designed for disassembly so that components can be reused on future installations.

Transport and travel

Site visits are consolidated to minimise travel. Remote commissioning is offered wherever the installation allows. For deliveries we choose carriers with active climate programmes and request consolidated shipping.

Product lifecycle

Robots, controllers and peripherals delivered by Turnkeyrobotic are built around long-life industrial platforms with available spare parts for 10+ years. At end-of-life we assist the customer with relocation, refurbishment or certified recycling.

Follow-up

This policy is reviewed annually by management. Environmental targets and outcomes are documented and shared with employees and, on request, with customers and partners.
