Hand-guided collaborative welders on a bench or trolley — programmed by demonstration, ideal from batch size five and up.

Two-station industrial cells

Six-axis welding robots with a turntable so the operator loads one side while the robot welds the other, doubling arc-on time.

Positioners & tracks

One- to three-axis servo positioners, headstock-tailstock rigs and floor tracks to keep every seam in the optimal welding position.

Process equipment

Pulse MIG/MAG and TIG power sources, torch cleaning and wire cutting, seam tracking, through-arc sensing and fume extraction.

What batch size justifies a welding robot?

With a cobot welder programmed by hand-guiding, batches from about five pieces pay off. Fixed industrial cells with dedicated fixtures make sense from a few dozen pieces per run upward.

Can a robot weld aluminium?

Yes, with a pulse-capable power source and a push-pull torch. Fixture and heat-input control matter more for aluminium than for steel, so we qualify parameters on your material first.

How is the robot programmed?

A collaborative welder is taught by guiding the torch along the seam and setting parameters on a tablet — no code. Industrial cells are programmed offline from CAD and touched up on the shop floor.

Do we still need a certified welder?

You need welding competence to set parameters and judge quality, but not for laying the bead. Most customers move their welders into programming and quality roles, which also solves recruitment pressure.

What about fume extraction and safety?

Every cell we deliver includes fume extraction sized for the process, arc-flash screening and either safety-rated collaborative operation or full guarding with interlocks.
